What's Changed

Zero-dollar CCD and CTX remittance entries are valid Nacha records. ValidAmountForCodes now treats transaction codes 24, 29, 34, 39, 44, 49, and 54 as zero-dollar remittance codes:

• CCD and CTX entries with those codes and amount 0 parse and validate (fixes #1861)
• A non-zero amount on those codes is rejected (Nacha R19)
• ACK and ATX still only allow codes 24 and 34 at amount 0
• Prenotes, returns, NOCs, WEB/PPD zero-amount rejection, and AllowZeroEntryAmount / AllowInvalidAmounts are unchanged
