Watchman 1.2.2 accepts the US CSL Nonproliferation Sanctions source code ACN and stops echoing invalid debug= values in /v2/search errors.

  • us_csl: map Nonproliferation Sanctions rows labeled ACN (Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation) the same way as the previous ISN label. Cached files with ISN still load. sourceData.source keeps the value from the file. by @adamdecaf in #958
