- Refactor code structure with clear sections and static globals
- Use modern C++ practices (nullptr, auto, range-based for)
- Simplify variable names and remove redundant code
- Add -O2 optimization flag to Makefile
- Remove all MSVC build targets and related files
- Update README to reflect MinGW-only build process
- Fix MinGW compatibility issues (wcstol, wcsncpy)
- Reduce codebase from ~650 to ~615 lines
