Beta version of CockpitLook hook with more reliable telemetry and added weapon effects (laser fired, warhead fired).
To be used with JSON telemetry for integration into SimHub.

VR multiplayer test

Experimental compilation with disabled check that ensures headtracking only works for single player
This will enable VR in multiplayer, but it has not been tested. It can cause de-sync issues.
