Arduino emitter: parity for the api field.buildStatusJson() (arduino/morfbeacon_emitter.h) accepts an optional pre-serialized apiJson block (same spirit as metricsJson): an ESP32 can declare its business API in /status just like the Qt services do via describeService(). The heartbeat stays untouched (the API is not a capability, only in the on-demand /status document). Backward compatible (parameter defaults to empty). Re-vendored into MeteoHub and GatewayLab.
