Rust/Electron rewrite release. Full real build/install/use verification passed on 2026-06-15: local CAM synced frontend peer inventory, imported 87 active and 227 archived remote frontend chats from the remote Codex thread database, delivered to existing frontend thread 019ea189-0bca-70a3-876f-17034c85b036, and read back CAM_RELEASE_VERIFICATION_20260615C_OK.
