Fixed

• Missing package data broke every clean pip install — the
  [tool.setuptools.package-data] table shipped only the two vendored
  ESM/ESMFold2 license files, so the 0.3.3 wheel and sdist omitted the 13
  runtime data files the package loads by path. A fresh pip install tt-bio
  crashed at featurization for protenix-v2 and opendde / opendde-abag folds
  (FileNotFoundError: .../tt_bio/data/protein_ref_conformers.json) and at
  _configure for every tt-bio gen design
  (FileNotFoundError: .../boltzgen/resources/config/design.yaml).
  boltz2 / esmfold2 / esmc / saprot were unaffected. Added the missing globs
  for tt_bio.data and the tt_bio.boltzgen.resources tree plus a
  MANIFEST.in, and added scripts/packaging_smoke.py to the release gate
  so a dropped data file fails the gate instead of shipping silently.
