The header is a single borderless row that now carries the cluster vitals
(health, OSD up/in, IO, data, PG states, mon/mgr). The separate vitals panel
is gone, so nodes and the OSD map sit side by side from 84 columns and the
dashboard gains four rows for trace and log data.
The header OSD count includes the total (up/in/total) so an OSD that is
down and out is still visible, and the SSH stream status now outranks the
profile and admin host when the row runs out of space.
The compact OSD map keeps the Commit latency column, and the compact trace
graph shows Store latency in place of the PG count, so a slow device can be
separated from a busy OSD queue on narrow terminals.

When the overview is too narrow for nodes and the OSD map side by side, the
shared panel title shows both views as tabs. Tab then switches those views
before it leaves the overview.

Release Notes
Changed
The live TUI redraws only after input or state changes instead of repainting
the full screen every 150ms.
The cluster stream keeps ceph -s on every tick and rotates ceph osd tree, ceph osd df, and ceph osd perf across ticks. Node streams cache static
host facts and scan OSD processes no more often than every five seconds.
