Update V0.3 [WIP Release]

• Bug fixes.
• Readded "deload" which shouldn't result in endless falling anymore.
• Deleted unused effects out of code.
• Added more languages for random language.

Crashes should be mainly fixed. Some crashes might still happen.

• Slowjak removed due to a bug
• Fixed some effects

Added a .env to manually change the amount of effects to apply and the duration of the effects.

This Release is still Work in Progress and might contain still some minor bugs. It is playable but requires some save/loading.
