● 修复总结

  我已经修复了 GitHub Actions 构建中的错误：

  主要修复：

  1. 修复弃用警告：
    - 将 tool.uv.dev-dependencies 改为现代的 dependency-groups.dev 语法
  2. 修复构建配置问题：
    - 移除了不必要的 [build-system] 和 [tool.hatch.build.targets.wheel] 配置
    - 这个项目是应用程序而非 Python 包，不需要构建配置
    - 移除了错误添加的 hatchling 依赖
  3. 更新 GitHub Actions：
    - 将 uv sync --dev 改为 uv sync --group dev 以使用新的依赖组语法
  4. 更新文档：
    - 在 CODEBUDDY.md 中更新了相应的命令

  修复后的配置：

  pyproject.toml 现在使用：
  - dependency-groups.dev 替代弃用的 tool.uv.dev-dependencies
  - 移除了不必要的构建配置

  GitHub Actions 现在使用：
  - uv sync --group dev 安装包含开发依赖的所有依赖

  这些修复应该解决构建错误，让 GitHub Actions 能够成功构建项目。
