0.7.1 — uv sync works on Intel Macs again

cryptography 49 publishes macOS wheels for Apple silicon only, so uv sync on an Intel Mac tried to build it from source and failed without a Rust toolchain. A [tool.uv] constraint in pyproject.toml now holds it below 49 on Intel Macs (48.0.1, the last release with a universal wheel); every other platform resolves as before.

Already scaffolded on an Intel Mac? Copy the [tool.uv] block into your pyproject.toml, then run uv lock and uv sync.
