Bump to v0.25.1, releasing the /agents fix for opencode and privacycode (#315): both engines now open a live session instead of dumping their agent permission config and exiting, and both declare the installer bin directories PATH can't see yet. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
