Bump to v0.34.0, releasing #347: the herd now holds shells and agents moshcode ships no install spec for, not only the nine engines in ENGINES. moshcode herd shell --name work moshcode herd run --name cur -- cursor-agent Minor rather than patch: two commands added (herd run, herd shell), none removed and none changed. `herd start` keeps its engine-only scope. Also carries an idle rule so a shell at its prompt stops reading `unknown`, and a fix to the help renderer's row() — padEnd does nothing once the left column is wider than the pad, so a long example butted against its comment in every command's help, not just the herd's.
