v0.110.0 — porkbun from the cli-tools set

porkbun: the domains on a Porkbun account, from moshcode.

Until now moshcode knew Porkbun only as an MCP server, so /tools porkbun answered "unknown tool". moshcode porkbun (from the cli-tools set) lists the account's domains, reads and sets DNS records, shows URL forwards, checks availability and registers names. It reads PORKBUN_API_KEY and PORKBUN_SECRET_API_KEY from the environment or from cli-tools config, and cli-tools config pull fetches both from the vault.

DigitalOcean was already here as doctl, the official binary. moshcode install digitalocean and moshcode do reach it too, and a test now pins those names. #557
