Objective

The objective of these handover and release checklists is to ensure that contributions, features, stories, and sprint deliverables are complete, reviewed, and ready to progress through the development and release lifecycle. They provide a standardized way for contributors, mentors, and stakeholders to validate development, testing, documentation, quality, and release readiness at the appropriate stage.
