fix(viewer): serve /favicon.svg(+ico); move version to sidebar footer

- add /favicon.svg and /favicon.ico routes (the mdserve mark) so browser
  favicon probes get 200 instead of 404
- move the build version out of the brand title and into a footer pinned
  to the bottom of the sidebar (takes a sliver off the tree)
