Upgraded install + setup + update lifecycle

• Fixed the installation, setup, and update script for simpler execution.
• Added Windows support for Java installation. Previously few Windows version generated an error when the installation script is run on Git Bash. This update fixed it.
• Added more Quantum brushes from different teams across unitaryDESIGN and Bradford Quantum Hackathon.
• Fixed minor bugs (also there were contributions from unitaryDESIGN.)
