Upstream graphile-worker@0.17.3 plus the fix for graphile/worker#621 (localQueue breaks the serial execution guarantee for named queues), proposed upstream as graphile/worker#622.

getJobs batch fetch now keeps only the first job per named queue, so localQueue can no longer hand two jobs of the same session:<id> queue to different workers concurrently. The batchSize=1 SQL is byte-identical to upstream. Test suite 104/104, including the two regression tests from the upstream PR.

Not on npm yet. The attached tarball is the npm pack output for tag v0.17.3-moveo.1 (811dc64), so consumers can install the fork by URL in the meantime:
