Breaking changes for library users

This release breaks the Go API in a minor version. Helpers that do not depend on the workflow engine moved out of the root probe package into actionrpc, expr, jsonutil, mask, report, safefile, procgroup and truncate, and the DAG renderers into dag. No aliases are left behind; CHANGELOG.md lists every old name and its replacement.

The command line and workflow files are unaffected.

Changes to probe dag --mermaid

• The steps of a job are linked in run order, and drawn top to bottom inside the job.
• Jobs whose IDs differ only in symbols, such as unit-test and unit.test, are drawn as separate nodes instead of one.
