Upgrade CircleCI config to v2

Fix the error concerning storing artifacts (#14)

* Fix an error concerning non-existing Dockerfile.deploy file

Use the default values for build parameters.

* Fix a yaml syntax error

* Fix the error concerning storing artifacts

The way how artifacts are saved is changed in CircleCI v2 so we need to make
adjustments accordingly.
