Since the URL is not found: https://github.com/mozilla/DeepSpeech/actions/workflows/macOS-amd64.yml/badge.svg I removed it from the readme file.

@MauryaRitesh this repo is not longer maintained, but lives on as Coqui STT, which does have working macOS CI. Depending on your interest and expertise I can suggest something to work on there. Easiest way would be for you to join our Gitter room and ping me there so we can chat :) |

Since the macOS-amd64.yml file couldn't be found, I removed it from the readme file and currently am working on creating the same.
