Anonym Part 8: More Changes

One-line summary

Minor changes to anonym pages.

Significant changes and points to review

• the PeopleListBlock.people relation now points to the Person model (snippet), so CMS users don't have to upload people's photos in multiple places

Testing

1. Log in to Wagtail
2. Make sure an Anonym Index Page exists
3. Go to edit the people section (beginning with the "We are leaders ..." text), and choose people for the people list
