Description
We don't have any documentation on how to setup the bot for developers.
It should look like the doc for code-review bot:
- how to setup the requirements
- how to run it with a local configuration (depends on Support local configuration file #437)
- how to create a Taskcluster secret on https://community-tc.services.mozilla.com & use it
