chore(functional-tests): Update sms references to smsClient

Because:

• We centralized the sms functions onto the smsClient

This Commit:

• Updates any funcitonal test references to the getPhoneNumber and other functions to use the target.smsClient
• Updates the call signature for getCode for ease of use
