Can't create a new project

I ran the create new project command:

funfactory --pkg=my_app

It fails with:

Downloading/unpacking py-bcrypt==0.2 (from -r requirements/../vendor/src/funfactory/funfactory/requirements/compiled.txt (line 5))
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement py-bcrypt==0.2 (from -r requirements/../vendor/src/funfactory/funfactory/requirements/compiled.txt (line 5)) (from versions: 0.3, 0.3)

I just hit this earlier this week. py-bcrypt 0.2 had issues and was pulled. 0.3 is out now. We should update all the things to use 0.3.
