A generator for large Q2 n-to-Delta cross-sections and rates

To install:

1. You must go into the MAID/maid_code/ directory and run the "pmake.pl" script to create a library (libmaid.something).
2. Then you must copy that library back into the root directory (ndeltaGen).

to run:

1. Use gen.C with ROOT to generate simulation files.
