• Bump the documented/default tool versions:

  • elm-test-rs 3.0.0 → 3.2.0
• Drop elm-json from the action's own CI test fixture (users can still install it — it remains fully supported by elm-tooling).

Runtime is unchanged: this action runs on the node24 runtime. Pin with mpizenberg/elm-tooling-action@v2 or @v2.1.0.
