Second Hand 0.9.2

Adds an icon so Second Hand looks right in Kiosk Satellite's Community Plugins directory and in the install review. No change to how the plugin works.

Pairing now finds the Mickey Mouse Edition clock, which advertises itself as EWCMickeyMouse... instead of EchoWallClk.... A user confirmed that clock works with Second Hand for Home Assistant; it hasn't been tried with this plugin yet, so please open an issue and say how it goes if you have one.

First release. Second Hand connects an Echo Wall Clock straight to your Kiosk Satellite kiosk. The clock shows the kiosk's own voice timers and keeps the right time, with no Echo and nothing changed on the clock.

Tested on an Echo Show 5 running LineageOS 18.1 (Android 11). Other kiosks with Bluetooth should work but are untested. It follows the timers of the kiosk it runs on: one kiosk, one clock.

Install it from Kiosk Satellite's Plugin Manager using this repository's address, then follow "Set up your clock" in the README.
