v1.8.8

Announcement / Parts request management.

Fixed the length of Qualifications text so it doesn't line break.
Pulse — the Alerts tab button pulses with a glow whenever there are undismissed announcements or parts requests
Dismiss individually — each item has a ✕ button in the top-right corner. Dismissed items fade to 45% opacity and lose their colored border so you can still see them but they're clearly acknowledged
Dismiss all — a "Dismiss all" buttons appears at the top of announcements and parts requests when there are undismissed items
localStorage persistence — dismissed IDs survive page reloads. New items from Nexus (new IDs) will re-trigger the pulse automatically
Icon counts — the 📢 and 🔧 counts on the tab now reflect only undismissed items
