Basic Release

Based on #5 we refactoring all the code and release some dependency like Echo because this case was on the edge.

Bug that can be happened:

• Upload progress bar still buggy. We still figured out how to track the progress bar.
• Still need error parsing on SSH response.
• Still need some workaround for SSH exit if the server is timeout or too long for connecting.
