Delete the current file with a shortcut

Is there a way to delete the current playing file with a shortcut?

On Unix you can bind run rm -- ${path}; playlist-remove current. On Windows you need a script.

I'm on Windows and use this lua script.
But it's a little bit slow.
I was wondering if someone had a better solution.
