When playing two identical rtsp streams at the same time, one of them stops playing

I utilize mpv to play rtsp stream, when I execute the following command for the first time, rtsp plays fine.
mpv rtsp://192.168.1.217:554/stream1
When I execute the same command above for the second time, the first playback window will stop playing, but the second playback window will play normally.
why is that?

Through the test, I found that if I first open the RTSP stream with MPV, and then open the RTSP stream with FFMPEG or VLC, it will cause the playback of MPV to stop.
