Small Patch issues to address missed during development

When Admin or Player Granted Admin permissions using ui menu, models were wrong type of data, now fixed.

Rotates All model objects, but keep in mind it will rotate everything.

Added Collision to update with rotations.
/trigger model_rotation — min value of 1 and max value of 360. Rotates entire model.
