This is a hotfix release to address a scroll regression in the bulk tagging interface and a resource leak involving orphaned media cache files.
What's Changed
- fix: Resolve scroll wheel bug in bulk tag editing modals
- fix: Delete cached media immediately when a media file is deleted
- feat: Add a periodic system job running every 6 hours to clean up orphaned media cache files
