Follow-up to #49. Adds EllesmereUI's Extra Frames (raid "spotlight" duplicates, e.g. tanks) as
^ERFExtraFrame%d+$, ordered above the regular EllesmereUI raid frames so glows land on the spotlight frame when one exists. Members without one still resolve to their regular raid frame. Standard SecureUnitButtons.Tested in-game (v76): spotlighted ->
ERFExtraFrame1, not spotlighted ->ERFGroupHeader1UnitButton1.
