malariaverse snapshot — malariaverse_01_2025 version
A coordinated snapshot of the malariaverse package suite, freezing the state of
all packages immediately before the upcoming update. Tagged so that existing
analyses can be reproduced against this exact set of package versions after the
packages change.
Every package in the suite carries the same malariaverse_01_2025 tag. To
install the matching set:
r pak::pak(c( "youruser/pkgA@malariaverse_01_2025", "youruser/pkgB@malariaverse_01_2025", "youruser/pkgC@malariaverse_01_2025" ))
For reproducible results, install the whole suite at this tag together rather
than mixing these packages with the current main.
