OptiDLSS5-UI v1.6.0

Choose a tag to compare

@github-actions github-actions released this 09 Sep 21:19
Fix doubled v-prefix in Feeder update status; bump to 1.6.0

currentVersion/latestVersion already carry GitHub's tag v-prefix, so
the status line read "vv0.15.1" instead of "v0.15.1". Found via a
live CDP-driven test of the app.

1.6.0 covers everything since 1.5.3: the DLL injector, the full
DLSS5-Feeder path for no-native-DLSS games, DLSS5-only auto-profile
forcing, and the opt-in OptiScaler FrameGen (FSRFG) toggle for D3D12
Feeder games -- all live-tested end-to-end on real games this session.

v1.5.2 - Engine badges, RE Engine Alt+O rebind

@mrcgibb9876-hash mrcgibb9876-hash released this 08 Sep 18:02
  • RE Engine games (Dragon's Dogma 2 and the rest of Capcom's RE Engine catalogue) now get OptiScaler's overlay key switched to Alt+O automatically, so it works alongside REFramework.
  • Game cards now show a short engine/API badge (DX12, DX11, Vulkan, RE Engine, RED Engine, or an unsupported-API warning) instead of a sentence.
  • Added RED Engine detection (Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3), which previously fell through to "could not tell which graphics API this uses".
  • Removed the manual Streamline SDK zip override in Settings (redundant now that the app tracks it automatically) -- carried over from 1.5.1.
  • Bundles OptiScaler_DLSSNR v1.0.5.

v1.5.1 - RE Engine Insert-key fix, Streamline settings cleanup

Choose a tag to compare

@mrcgibb9876-hash mrcgibb9876-hash released this 08 Sep 17:23
  • Fixed: OptiScaler's own menu (Insert) never opened on RE Engine games (Dragon's Dogma 2 and others). REFramework's default menu key is also Insert, and REFramework's DirectInput proxy evicts OptiScaler's window subclass a couple of seconds into startup -- so Insert could only ever reach REFramework's menu from that point on. RE Engine installs now get OptiScaler's menu key set to Home (0x24) automatically to avoid the collision.
  • Removed: the manual "Streamline SDK zip" override in Settings. Redundant now that the app tracks and deploys the right Streamline build from RHI's manifest automatically.
  • Bundles OptiScaler_DLSSNR v1.0.5 (pre-SR multipass, DLSS 5 Developer Controls panel, crisp font scaling, mid-grey theme).
