OptiScaler DLSS-NR v1.0.0

First v1 release. Built from dlss5-developer-controls-ui (the DLSS 5 Developer Controls UI branch). DLSS-NR panel hotkey is Home by default.

Assets:

• OptiScaler_v1.0.0.zip -- extract to your game folder, run setup_windows.bat. Requires an NVIDIA RTX 50-series GPU and driver 616.56+ for Neural Rendering; supply nvngx_dlssnr.dll yourself (see OptiScaler Manager's setup guide).
• OptiScaler Manager Setup 1.0.0.exe / OptiScaler Manager 1.0.0.exe -- desktop app for installing this per-game instead of copying files by hand. Unsigned, Windows SmartScreen may warn.

Fixed since the last build: the release zip no longer ships stray .exp/.lib/.pdb build artifacts alongside nvngx.dll_dlssnr.dll. The installer now backs up a pre-existing file at the chosen proxy name (e.g. dxgi.dll) instead of deleting it outright if it is not a previous OptiScaler install, and the generated uninstaller restores it and cleans up the DLSS-NR forwarder's files.
