Rev.0

Custom PCB Rev.0 Due to a design issue, Rev.0 is retired. The 12v input doesn't have a connection to the motor nor the ULN2003. Also, the ground trace is too small and runs through 2 vias. Image is just for historical reference.

R4 : Pulldown, Button (10K)
R5 : LED, Current Limiting

F2 : 1A

IC1 : ULN2003

C1 : Ceramic Capacitor

Q1 : N-Channel MOSFET

J1 : Motor Connection
J2 : WS2812 Connection
J3-J4 : D1 Mini Connection
J5 : 12v In
J6 : 12v LED Strip

5v Buck : 5v Buck Regulator (Feeds D1 and J2)
5v Select : Open Isolates Motor Driver 12v from D1 5v
: Closed Powers From D1 5v (USB)

F2 : 1A (From 5v regulator)

C1 : Ceramic Capacitor

R4 : Pulldown, Button (10K)
R5 : LED, Current Limiting (Connects to D4)
R6 : PWM Pulldown (10K)
R7 : Brake Pulldown (10k)

J1 : Motor Connection
J2 : WS2812 Connection (Only use if using 12v or or high capcacity 5v supply)
J3 : 8p Female Header (D1 connection)
J4 : 6p Femail Header (D1 connection)
J5 : 12v In
J6 : 12v LED Strip
J7 : NEMA Stepper

Setup:


WARNING: The correct jumper position MUST be set BEFORE CONNECTING POWER!!!

Damage will occur if 12v is applied with the jumper in the 5v position.

5v : DO NOT install the 5v buck regulator.
Set jumper to 5v position.

12V :
Install the 5v buck regulator. Set jumper to the 12v position.
