Custom PCB
Due to a design issue, Rev.0 is retired. The 12v input doesn't have a connection to the motor nor the ULN2003. Also, the ground trace is too small and runs through 2 vias. Image is just for historical reference.

Setup:
WARNING: The correct jumper position MUST be set BEFORE CONNECTING POWER!!! Damage will occur if 12v is applied with the jumper in the 5v position.
5v : DO NOT install the 5v buck regulator. Set jumper to 5v position.
12V : Install the 5v buck regulator. Set jumper to the 12v position.
