Ad Director Kit v1.0.1 — updated KIE connector

Updates the bundled KIE connector to kie-mcp 0.5.2, which includes the 0.5.1 security hardening (API key locked to KIE hosts, workspace-confined file access, media-only downloads) plus a workspace folder picker at install time. Everything else in the kit is unchanged. Existing users: re-download the ZIP and drag the new tools/kie-mcp.mcpb onto Claude to update the connector.
