Fix fetch failed errors: default base URL was https://api.kieai.com (typo, never resolved). Real KIE host is https://api.kie.ai (with the dot). One-character fix in defaults; KIE_BASE_URL env override still works the same way.

If you installed v0.1.1, redownload the .mcpb from this release and drag it onto Claude Desktop again to update.
