First public preview of Armada Controller (RE)Mapper for ARM64 Armada handhelds.

Highlights

  • Touch-friendly ordinary button remapping through reviewed InputPlumber 0.78.1 and 0.79.0 configurations.
  • Persistent Apply, Undo and Restore defaults.
  • KONKR Pocket FIT Elite rear-button assignments, with reboot persistence and Restore defaults confirmed on hardware.
  • Generic installation, discovery and fresh remapping setup tested on Odin 3.
  • Matching but unverified MCU interfaces remain read-only.

Install

Download ArmadaController-Installer-0.7.0-aarch64.zip, extract it in Armada Desktop Mode, make the AppImage executable if needed, and open it. Choose Install app and leave Set up remapping selected on a fresh setup.

Known limits

  • MCU editing is enabled only for the verified KONKR Pocket FIT Elite.
  • MCU Undo has automated coverage but still needs a physical hardware test.
  • Other devices require a compatible editable InputPlumber configuration and suitable outputs.
  • Requires ARM64 Armada with Python 3.14 and glibc 2.39 or newer.
  • The final package passed an ARM64 Python 3.14 offscreen UI launch test; the handhelds were offline for a fresh Wayland launch during publication.
