Paste the token in Settings if the UI asks. Optional Redis: OPENGATEWAY_REDIS_URL for multi-machine fan-out. See Data and scale.

Public Fly/Railway URLs are the client base URL. Do not expect a Tailnet card unless you also run Tailscale Serve in front of that host.
