Bug Fix

Electricity price display was incorrect — the integration was selecting the wrong 15-minute price slot.

What was wrong

• API timestamps represent slot end times, not start times. The price lookup picked the wrong slot, showing a price that was always one slot behind.
• The current price was only recalculated on coordinator refresh (every hour), even though prices change every 15 minutes.

What's fixed

• Price lookup now correctly identifies the active delivery slot (smallest end timestamp > now).
• Current price and stable price sensors now update automatically at :00, :15, :30, :45 — no additional API calls needed.
• Price forecast start/end times are now correctly derived from end-time timestamps.
