Added locomotive drop-down menu to jump to loco
Building on base game SHIFT-click to select, you can SHIFT-click any car to select, CTRL-click to "Follow" in 3D view, and CTRL-SHIFT-click to both select and follow a loco
SHIFT-Z to re-center on player with now track player in Follow Mode
Added Connelly location, renamed LogCamp1 to Walker
Contains performance optimizations (to base game map elements as well as Map Enhancer additions)
