Fixed

  • mcp is pinned below 2 (#197). A clean install of 0.20.1 resolved
    mcp 2.x, which renamed FastMCP, so llm-orc serve and llm-orc mcp serve failed at import. Checkouts were unaffected because the lock
    held 1.28.1.
