Bug Description
Bug Description After activating Loop with a keyboard or mouse shortcut, mouse scroll (wheel) input intermittently locks up / stops responding system-wide. Scrolling stays broken until Bluetooth is reset or the device is disconnected/reconnected. A full system restart also temporarily fixes it. Quitting Loop entirely stops the issue from recurring — with Loop closed, scroll works reliably.

Steps to Reproduce
Have Loop running with a keyboard or mouse-based trigger shortcut configured.
Use the shortcut to activate Loop's window-snapping radial menu / action a few times during normal use.
At some point (not always immediately reproducible), mouse scroll stops responding in all apps.
Quit Loop — scroll issue does not recur. Reopen Loop — issue eventually returns after using the shortcut again.

Tried bluetooth module reset, forgetting/re-pairing the mouse, and restarting bluetoothd via Terminal (sudo pkill bluetoothd) all temporarily fix the symptom, suggesting Loop's global event monitoring (used for its shortcut/radial-menu system) may be interfering with or blocking the system Bluetooth/HID input event pipeline.
