🐞 `Disable cursor interaction` ignored in 1.4.0

Bug Description

Disable cursor interaction is not being honored in the beta release.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable Disable cursor interaction
2. Press the Trigger Key
3. Move the mouse

Expected Behavior

The window should not interact with mouse movements when the option is enabled.

Actual Behavior

The window moves even if the option is enabled.

Additional Context

This has been happening since one of the first three releases of 1.4.0, but I can't pinpoint exactly which one.
