Welcome Model step uses models welcome (in-process embed activate) so Cloud Gemini + Gemini Embedding 2 @768 no longer hits the embed allowlist error.

Khipu 0.3.10 — portable macOS arm64.

Install: download Khipu_0.3.10_aarch64.dmg, drag Khipu.app to Applications, complete Welcome (local PostgreSQL 19 via Docker Desktop, or a remote PG 19 DSN).

Update: an installed Khipu pulls Khipu.app.tar.gz from this release via Settings (same minisign feed as 0.2.x).

Compatibility matrix lives on mrkinglollipop/khipu-compat, not this repo /releases/latest.
